The Power of TESDA
As, Technical Education Skills and Development Authority, they are one of the government agencies which cater skill development for Filipinos. They are promoting world class competence and skill development with positive work values. Good thing about this organization is they are mainly funded by the government in adopting technology in their organization, which they utilized for education. They funded by the DBM, which is Php 3 million a year budget for the organization, more than 5% is the allocated for funding and budgeting for technology purchasing. The requisition is based on the bank of DBM with no brand reference when they want to purchase new technology. Good thing about TESDA is they are organize in allocating budget for technology. Aside from they have much budget each year, they strive to please their costumer in terms of their services.

It is true that technology enhance learning, but it does not replace the role of the teachers inside the learning environment. Technology is only a helpful for empowering education.
JOSE L. PORRAS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL is one of the beneficiary of educational technology that was given by the Philippine government, which includes a number of computer set and one PANABOARD. Hope that this technology will be used mainly for the learners and not for viewing purposes only.
This donated computers will be more useful for the teachers in making comprehensive reports for their school like,computing grades, Phil -IRI report, LRN, and test result. Considering also not for teachers use only but for integrating this technology in their respective lesson or much better if the learner will have a hands-on experience with this gadget, even a once a week schedule.

This is different from other presenter since they are not working in a certain school, but they support education in the Philippines. They have a good vision through Philippine education. they are the group of people who render their lives in helping youth in striving for better education. They are the Rural Missionaries of the Philippines, their organization is compose of inter-congregational and inter-diocesan in character , of women and men religious, priest, and lay, which focus in solidarity works and campaign. They strive to help indigent Filipino Youth which the education is in the far flung areas of Mindanao.
What technology they usually use? Still the use of computer is very demanding, and the use of internet through email and networking.

Innovation of Technology in Higher Demands of Learners
Public schools are really in big population in terms of their learners. That is why it calls for better education for everyone. As one popular public schools here in Davao City, Magallanes Elementary School. They are now in the adoption of educational technology in their school.
The help of this technology will be more useful for teachers in preparing school papers reports. making daily lesson plans, and making use of internet to download educational videos for interactive learning. One best thing in the school where they utilize the good thing which the Television bring like the KNOWLEDGE CHANNEL, which can be viewed in their library always which is very interactive and informative educational for their learners from Grade 1 to Grade 6. The presenter also shared that considering the large number of learners in one classroom, they are allowed to use microphones in their respective classes. Other teacher use also lapels.
Teachers as facilitator of learning, they should not be condemn on the book they use for teaching, they should also upgrade their selves in the fast changing society nowadays. Adopt the new and current trends of innovation that will help not only for themselves but also in the instruction.

Improving for Better Advancement of Education
As many school is existing, among of them strive for excellent education. Newly establish schools are aiming for better services through their education reflected in their curriculum.
They strive to one of the better school in place. As they go along the competition, Poter' s Clay Christian School strive its best practices that they have already in their school. It recently started in 2004, and not totally done and still on going of infrastructure and more development on physical aspect of the school. But as time goes by, they really persevere for improvement. According to the presenter the recent development of the school is the newly built school building from the initiative of donations from the church and of course from the school funds. When in terms of technology we can say that there are in need of improvement. Scarcity is not a problem when someone is resourceful enough. That is why through the initiative of teachers, they are the one making possible resolution on how they will integrate technology on their respective classes. What they always think is strive and be motivated to do what is best..

This Center for Learning are among the technological tools which the schools of Saint Micheal's School of Padada that will enhance student learning. They call it as Center for Learning since this is the venue of their learner's to learn. Their existing technology enhanced learning by making the student uplift their interests and improve classroom participation's. this Center also promote academic performance in quizzes and varied assessment tools use by the teachers.
Good thing about computers work is they can make work easier. Many school now are adopting their enrollment system on a computer bases. They use programs for their school specification sets for enrollment system. Making their enrollment system easy to handle of some parents.
They are the only presenter who shared their Total Cost of Ownership in their school. They presented the cost, numbers of unit they already purchase and amount of each of their educational facilities which the school purchase over a year.
